Federal Skilled Worker Program

Federal Skilled Worker appeals are evaluated based on a candidate’s ability to shift economically established upon Canada immigration. Federal Skilled Worker (F.S.W) appeals are treated by the selection system of Express Entry immigration for Immigration to Canada.

Candidates eligible under the Federal Skilled Worker Class must first make an expression of interest in immigrating to Canada by creating an online Express Entry profile.
