Quebec Skilled Worker Program

The immigration selection system of Quebec for Quebec Skilled Workers is intended to identify immigration applicants who are most likely to shift economically authorized in the province.

Skilled Worker (Professional) candidates who plan to remain in Montreal or in another city or region in the Quebec province are evaluated below a various system that candidates who intend to settle elsewhere in Canada.
